How much are my glasses worth?
We will accept trade-in products that fit the below criteria:
· Grade A: No scratches on the glass. No scratch on the frame.
· Grade B: No scratches on the glass. Minor scratches on the frame.
· Grade C: 2–3 minor scratches on the glass. Few scratches on the frame.
· Grade D: Deep scratches on the glass.

What kind of glasses are eligible for trade-in?
We accept ANY glasses with a functional lens. Yes, you read that right – ANY!
We just need them to be in full working order and undamaged, allowing for reasonable wear like minor frame scratches or surface wear on the glass from normal use.

How much are my glasses worth?
Visit our Trade-in Criteria page for the full list of how much different glasses are worth. Anyone will be able to get a minimum of $75 if they buy the XREAL One, and a minimum of $100 if they buy the XREAL One Pro.
For the highest reward of $475, you would need to buy the XREAL One Pro and trade-in a Meta Quest Pro.

How do I take part in this promotion?
It's super easy to get started! Just follow these steps:
- Buy the XREAL One or One Pro: Purchase an eligible XREAL product between July 15th and August 15th, 2025. Make sure you keep your receipt or invoice!
- Check if Your Old Glasses Qualifies: Once you've got your new gear, check our list to see if your trusty old device is eligible for trade-in here.
- Claim Your Reward: Claim your reward within 30 days of your new XREAL product purchase. You can check how your claim's progressing any time you like on the Track My Claim page.
- Ship Your Trade-In: After your claim is approved, we'll guide you on how to ship your old device to us.
Get Your Reward: Once we've received and approved your trade-in, you'll receive your reward within 30 days!

Can I join this trade-in promotion if I’m located outside the US?
Right now, our trade-in promotion is exclusively for our US customers. We're definitely looking into expanding this to other markets in the future, so stay tuned! We appreciate your patience and excitement.

Can I still return my XREAL One Series glasses if I change my mind about the trade-in promotion?
Yes, because all purchases from XREAL.com have a 30 day return window, but you will not receive a Visa gift-card.

How many times can I claim?
Participants may make up to two claims per person and are subject to a maximum of four claims per household, regardless of the quantity of Promotion Products purchased or qualifying Trade-In Devices traded. For the avoidance of doubt, only one claim will be accepted per purchased Promotion Product and corresponding Trade-In Device.
